1‑on‑1 Spiritual Direction

Guided by inner wisdom, supported by sacred companionship

Are You Seeking…?

  • A deeper connection with the Divine in everyday life?

  • Clarity and direction in major life transitions?

  • Healing for your heart and alignment for your soul?

  • A sacred space to share your story and discern your next step?

Spiritual Direction can help you find rhythm and meaning on your inner journey.

  • Spiritual Direction (also called spiritual companionship) is a confidential, sacred practice of deep listening. In it, you speak your truth, and your director listens for the Divine presence within your story.

  • This is not therapy. It’s a gentle form of guidance rooted in spiritual wisdom, drawn from traditions across time and cultures

  • Your director sits beside you, not to fix or advise, but to reflect back the wisdom and movement that already stir within you.

Swaady Martin

Swaady Martin is a trained and certified interfaith spiritual director with a rich background in theology and comparative religion. Her formation is rooted in years of study across major spiritual traditions, including Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, New Age, and Indigenous wisdom.

She brings to her work a deep reverence for the sacred diversity of human experience, as well as a grounded presence that makes others feel safe, seen, and spiritually held.

Known for her clarity, compassion, and calm depth, Swaady creates a sacred space where seekers can explore their inner life, navigate transitions, and deepen their relationship with the Divine, on their own terms, in their own timing.

She is particularly gifted at accompanying those who are deconstructing rigid beliefs, moving through spiritual transitions, or longing to root their lives in a more soulful, authentic connection to the Sacred.

Swaady is a Spiritual Director, trained with both The Wisdom Tree Collective and the Spiritual Guidance Training Institute and an alumnus of Harvard Divinity School.
